  A tracking number was provided by the seller but when the packaged did not arrive when expected I searched FedEx only to discover the tracking number could not be found. Contacting the seller not only were the items replaced but I had them within a few days which means the seller lost a little profit keeping a customer happy. I am very happy with the experience including the quick response and the communication with the seller and the quick deliver of the missing items. Very Happy

  I will not recommend this seller, delivery was made by Amazon and which cost $40 less which is ok but I get a fake tracking number and also a fake picture from when the bed was delivered. it was a package on a chair and is not even my house. So that’s the reason why I returned the item and get my refund back.. here is the fake tracking number and the fake picture and the proof for the bad review.

  I’m really disappointed with this seller. I asked to cancel the order before it was shipped, but it was still processed anyway. The seller replied politely, but completely ignored my cancellation request. Now the item will arrive too late since I already sold the car. Poor management of the situation and lack of flexibility. Very frustrating experience. I honestly don't recommand this seller

  Seller needs to understand what is, I guess, a new procedure when selling internationally (e.g. to Canada). He kept on telling me that the purchase had been delivered and signed for about 2 weeks ago, which apparently meant that it had been delivered to the "eBay International Hub". I spent about 2 weeks there with no follow up from anyone. The seller was confused and I was confused. I finally received the shipment about 1 month after the purchase date. I will not be buying from eBay US again
