  WHY OFFER ME A DISCOUNT? I PAY, Thank them-My money is REFUNDED. Why do this? CLAIMING there is an issue on their end with the item. Sure the item is damaged or whatever other issue claimed. EBay is often an unfriendly place for buyers. AGAIN I've exp'd that 100% FB does not always mean integrity. Negative FB removal after a yr. allows easy cheating. AGAIN, Poor conduct is WHY I'll limit buying here. This is BUSINESS but sellers often use it to exercise their corrupt conduct & personal issues
