  The teapot arrived exactly as it was shown. Sharon did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job packing this item. We ordered another item from a different seller and it arrived in multiple broken pieces. We absolutely would not hesitate to order from Sharon again. Thank you so much for the care you put into packaging our item. This was the only piece missing to complete my wife's collection.
