  I tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after placing it, because estimated delivery time was way too long, about 1-2 months. I did not expect that when i ordered, so I asked the seller to cancel my order. They refused stating that item had been delivered. Please be aware of long delivery times and dishonest customer service replies when ordering from this seller.

  Hello terrific service I ordered this on 22/12. From ZHAO. It arrived on 03/01 ten days before it was scheduled to arrive, the parcel arrived with the contents in perfect condition, was well wrapped, and waterproof, the product is brilliant, the snake is well made, the quality is fab, the detail is delightful, the colour is vibrant. Fantastic value for money, i would definitely by from this supplier again.

  I purchased a vintage coffee maker and accessories. The seller fraudulently sent some random aluminum bits that were nothing like the listing and there is no coffee maker at all. When I wanted a return and refund, they offered a partial refund. They are clearly running a scam. The eBay community is based on trust. This seller should be exposed and banned. Please avoid!
