  Showed little to no effort on dropping product off at USPS or even letting the carrier pick it from home or business. Seller said it shipped but I could see USPS was not in possession. After being persistent and demanding them ship the item ASAP, take in mind it was 5 days and nothing, I told them to communicate with me and they just issued a refund.. waste of time and I feel like the truth was not communicted and this could have been a much better experience. Buyer beware, could be a gamble!

  Unfortunately I received my item literally split in 1/2. I immediately contacted the seller who requested a photo of the item which I provided. He quickly responded with alternatives and we agreed on a refund which he initiated shortly after our conversation.

  Fish arrived alive and healthy! He was a little stressed from the shipping but no other issues, a very pretty and good quality fish. The only thing I didn't like was I had talked to the seller about adding a heat pack in the box since it'd be cold, but when he arrived there was no heat pack. The packaging could of been a little better but the fish did arrive in good condition definitely worth the money!

  When I received my item, the machete was very rusty on the blade, and the handle was not the appearance or description that it showed on the picture. It was supposed to have a glittered handle, but was instead plain paint. I contacted the seller immediately, and they said they would replace my item, but it has been almost 3 weeks and I have not heard back from them.
