  This is brand new. It had the wrong tracking number on it. It said it was delivered but I didn't receive it. After spending forever on the phone with FedEx - and they would tell me nothing - I messaged this Seller. They messaged me back the correct tracking - no other explanation. The whole thing with FedEx was very upsetting. Also, these items seemed to be shipped direct from Amazon - not sure what was going on there. The items is unopened and seems fine though.
