  The order was for 4 sets of 10 stamps. I received 2 books of 20 stamps. No issue as it was the same amount of stamps. There was no cost for shipping/postage. I ordered on Thursday and received them on Monday.

  The tracking information was great and the stamps arrived as described. This was my first time ordering from Ebay in a few years, so I wasn't sure how long to expect for shipping (it took 2 weeks to receive the stamps). There wasn't any communication from the Seller, so I don't see how it would apply to this item.
