  Item came out poorly shipped when received as opening the box small black pieces of plastics were rattling in the box. They were damaged had no directions trying to contact seller to get replacement parts but no response. The item wasn’t cheap. I would warn other buyers about this company. They will not stand by what they sell or even respond for that matter.

  Parts fit good and shipping was on time. I believe the shippers dropped the box on both ends because 3 of the 4 plastic covers were damaged. There was nothing in the box to help protect the plastic parts from bad shippers. Could the seller contact me so I can get new plastic covers.

  Item shipped as stated and arrived on time. I did not get any feedback from the seller even though I asked a question but, it appears everything arrived as discussed. I have not installed the awning yet so still not sure on the color.

  AAA±+++++++ Some of the best customer service I have ever had the opportunity to deal with!!!!! Shipment damaged/lost parts in shipping to no fault of their own. They were more than stellar at get me the replacement parts that were lost and replacing the parts that were damaged. I would definitely deal with again.

  Good set of Arms and Good Communication before the sale, none after. Poorly packaged had a little damage on the idle plastic cover not sure it's gonna stay on in a storm. No response from the Seller. No way UPS would cover the damage the way it was packaged. Sent a message with photos of the damage with no response.
