Communications dragged on for 2/3 weeks and no indication from the Seller to send the correct item on return of the wrong item was made (other than get a refund). I no longer had confidence with this seller’s ability to deliver the actual item listed, so involved Ebay to resolve............ item returned and full refund received.

No tracking provided & only after repeated follow-up queries was I told the first shipment was 'lost' & allegedly replaced. Comms lacked such critical updates. Disappointing to learn tracking was withheld to protect seller stats. Buyer clarity should come first.

Pathetic, don't use this company, find someone else, plenty of others selling same thing cheaper, I only bought from here so I could tattoo my friend before their visit ended, but they are gone already, company is rubbish and not to be trusted or counted on
