  I can only say that I didn't receive the anodes but when I emailed the company, they answered quickly and refunded my money. They believe the item was lost in the mail. Took care of my issue promptly. Shipping time I only gave a 1 but that wasn't the fault of the seller. I can't give an item description since I didn't receive the item but the seller communication was fast and again, they refunded my money.

  Worse eBay experience ever! Seller said I would get my item soon and it took almost two weeks to receive! Basically seller is a liar and does not communicate back to let me know what is going on...will never buy from him again...I made the purchase on Sunday way before way Christmas so I could get the gift in time for my son...very unprofessional and unreliable..shipping takes for ever...was quick to take my money when I made him the payment but took him forever to ship out my item. bad bizzness

  Sorry for delay in feedback, very confused on shipment. I received item days ago as an Amazon drop shipment (which I didn't know was happening) yet USPS sent me an email stating that the same item was out-for-delivery today 4-7-25 so very confused on the tracking and paper trail of shipment. But I am happy with the item. I wish sellers would list that they do Amazon drop shipments. Quick shipment, fair price, just what I wanted.

  Did not receive product in delivery time frame this seller advertised. I bought from this seller based on his delivery time span. No tracking number was given for 8 days after purchase date and seller only did so after I kept contacting them! Seller from Denver( buyer Idaho) which usually can be in Idaho within 4-5 days! Once tracking came, showed item from New Orleans; 3 more wasted. Seller then bought item through his Amazon; finally got item 14 days later! Would not recommend this seller‼️
