Welcome to Sgt Scuba Rips! I am a husband, father, coach, and school resource officer that got back into the hobby in 2022. I love collecting and helping others with their collections.     Card marked as delivered but never arrived. Reached out to seller who was very easy to work with. We agreed to give it 4 more day to see if it showed up. Unfortunately it didn’t so the seller refunded promptly. Would buy from this seller again since the post office caused the issue.
