  He sent the first robe ordered to the wrong state. Pretty quick about shipping a replacement. The second robe wasn't shipped until I prompted him. When I asked about it his emails back to me were as if eBay was charging him a dollar a letter - terse in the extreme, didn't communicate for squat. In both cases the robe was well packed.

  I bought this as a gift. It arrived fast and looked like the description said. Looks and feels nice in person. I can't comment on quality because it isn't mine. From the little time I had with it it seemed nice. It was new like the description told. I recommend this store!
