  Initially I was sent the wrong items which took some time to arrive due to customs (as I was warned, so no problem there) but was eventually sent the correct items which arrived quickly. Communication was a bit slow at first but was very happy in the end that I received the correct brushpicks and I didn't need to return the items that were sent to me by mistake.
