  The product was exactly as described, well packaged, and shipped promptly. The seller sent me a note stating that the international shipping time could be longer than I expected, but the item arrived within two weeks. I appreciated his communication. This wheel cleaner works very well and is less finicky than the Woodland Scenics counterpart. I’ll have to consider where to get pad replacements once the originals become too dirty to clean effectively.
