  I ordered my item in September but it never arrives. It got stuck in customs on October 7 and as of today, October 30, I have still not received it. I have been in contact with the seller since the due date of October 21. The seller issued me a full refund on this order and has been highly professional the entire time. I am really bummed that my order did not show up, but I am very grateful that the seller issued the refund on product that I did not receive without an issue.
