Shipping was slightly delayed because they were waiting on a part for the machine, but customer support was extremely helpful and informed us of the situation.   The sewing machine was packed well as was the embroidered module. Received both machine and module in two days and I was glad that I needed to provide a signature. Process was transparent and the seller was accurate in the description of the items. The value was acceptable, sometimes looking for a deal can blind side a person.

  I have purchased from this seller's website and they are fast to ship, and genuine Bernina Products. I am leaving feedback early because I have no doubt Top Sewing will send as advertised. Reputible Seller! My experience has been stellar! They also package everything well, and the value is normally in competition with other Bernina Dealers or less.
