  Item was exactly as described and arrived in good condition. Shipping was slightly delayed because they were waiting on a part for the machine, but customer support was extremely helpful and informed us of the situation. Purchasing from this seller was a good experience overall and the purchase was of good value.

  We later found an issue with the machine, and we reached out to them, and they were very helpful in trying to resolve the issue. We eventually decided to return the machine. The return process was quick and easy. They refunded us about 1 day after they received the machine in the mail. Overall, they were helpful and understanding through the whole process.

  I have purchased from this seller's website and they are fast to ship, and genuine Bernina Products. I am leaving feedback early because I have no doubt Top Sewing will send as advertised. Reputible Seller! My experience has been stellar! They also package everything well, and the value is normally in competition with other Bernina Dealers or less.

  package arrived fast and was well packaged, it is as described and a great price, this seller has serviced machines for me in the past and I am sure if I have any issues, they will work hard to help me, this machine is way more advanced than the one I had, so I may have to see them about classes.   The sewing machine was packed well as was the embroidered module. Received both machine and module in two days and I was glad that I needed to provide a signature. Process was transparent and the seller was accurate in the description of the items. The value was acceptable, sometimes looking for a deal can blind side a person.
