  I ordered this table on Saturday and it arrived Wednesday. It is a very strong table that’s fits a PRS100, it will also fit the Baby Lock Alliance. It will also fit Brother or Baby Lock 6 and 10 needle machines perfectly. Great communication with seller. Package arrived in great condition. It was a great buy. I would certainly buy from this seller again.

  I ordered the chair but for almost 3 weeks I received no updates as to when it would be shipped. All the tracking ever said is that a label had been created. I messaged the seller 3 separate times with no response at all. I finally contacted Ebay and they were a tremendous help. I received the chair 4/11 but 1 of the plastic pieces for assembly was broken. I super glued the part mainly because I didn't want to deal with sending it back and having to wait for another chair.

  Ebay failed to tell me it was back ordered until March - so I called the company directly and today I received the Horn chair in a different color. Sewing Machine Outlet co. Was very helpful and I was refunded the money I had been charged by ebay seller & I even got a better deal - very well made chair
