  Ordered Egyptian cotton but it wasn't. I emailed to complain and they apologised and offered a 35% refund which I accepted as the price was ok and I can't be bothered to send it back as the item looks and feels ok and delivery was fast too.

  I was very pleased with this seller and the mattress protector i purchased from them . The the mattress protector arrived well wrapped and bagged and on time and in new condition and was very good value . The quality looked very good . And looked just as described in the pictures but only time will see how good it really is .

  BIYER BEWARE !! I ordered this item in good faith but the seller had falsely advertised that it was 100% pure Egyptian cotton 200 thread count but when I received my order it was not as described and just polyester or mixed fibre . I contact the seller to make them aware. they were very poor in their response tried to barter the refund starting at 25% of the value of the item against eBay buyer protection only offered a full refund when I said I would report them !I Reported to eBay

  Ordered the 100% Cotton Mattress Protector, received a Mattress Protector packaged and labelled 100% Polyester, contacted the vendor who said the item was labelled wrong, so contacted the vendor to confirm that the item was in fact 100% Cotton as listed and not 100% polyester as per the item i recieved and got a blunt yes, as the item is only to cover a camping mattress i am happy to keep it.
