  Shipping price is interesting, not sure why its so high. Shipping time was not great. Communication could have been better, they did not inform me of when things would ship or if there were any complications until after I had contacted them. Usually it should be the other way around, the seller should contact the buyer if any complications come up that may delay shipping. Product received packaged well, item was as described! Would change feedback if shipping was better!

  Buyer got updates, free extras, and a handmade item—but still shocked we’re not Amazon Prime. Shipping costs are visible before bidding (wild concept, right?) and eBay takes a big cut. If you don’t ask questions and still complain, expect to be banned. Best of luck elsewhere.

  Pony arrived safely. Absolutely a superb packing job! Bigger than expected but as described. Now just to get her painted! Great value for this pony. Paid $25.00 for USPS Priority Mail but was shipped by USPS Ground Advantage. Got here before I went out of town for the weekend.

It was shipped in brand-new materials, with meticulous packing, full insurance, fully guaranteed, and tracking, including extras that go well beyond the value of any shipping fee charged, which simply covers the actual cost of getting your order to you safely.   I just want to say WOWZA! She is absolutely STUNNING! The packing was AMAZING, exactly as described! Took awhile on shipping but that was because they had horrid weather. They were communicating the whole time and answered all of my questions. Not to mention the quality of this resin is AMAZING. Very little prep if any at all! Thank you!

  Took some time to arrive due to some winter storms on the other side of the country, but I was given several updates regarding the shipment and they were very transparent regarding the delay. I greatly appreciated their communication. The model was packaged very snug, giving the fine tips of the mane and tail extra protection during its travel. I was surprised by how heavy the model was, as I have never purchased a non-3D print resin before! I absolutely love it and I almost hate to paint it!
