  The seller was wonderful with communication despite the different time zones! The MUJI Soft Boxes came as described and photographed in pristine condition with a sweet handwritten note.My only note would be about the shipping cost--even though it was shipped in one package, a shipping cost was added for each item. Prior to the purchase we communicated about this, and tried to find a median. They were helpful in trying to adjust for the shipping cost.
