  The seller listed this item as new; it arrived used and broken. They told me I didn’t need to return it and a replacement would be sent. Ten days later, nothing. Messages were often ignored; replies were barely legible. After two weeks they still claimed it had been sent and offered only a half refund. I had to return it to get a full refund via eBay. They lied about the replacement. A complete waste of time and my worst eBay transaction in 20 years.
