  Arrived quickly. Packaged well. Had to inquire about where to add oil. They have responded, however, I am still uncertain. But I give them credit for at least communicating with me in a timely fashion.

  Can't say anything bad about the seller, they delivered quickly and sent messages after ordering and updates about the product during shipping. My issue is with the product, the bag split the first time I used it. I wouldn't recommend the item, spend a few more dollars and buy a better bag.
