  quick delivery as described ,happy with it. Yodel delivery awful, delivered to totaly wrong name and address just dropped parcel in there drive. I could not contact yodel at all ,they were messaging me saying parcel delivered and wanting feedback,I spent an hour trying to contact them impossible. An hour and a half later a person from the other end of the village came with the parcel,very lucky she knows us.

  Really pleased with my online shopping experience from this seller. My choice of kettle in my opinion was a good one, and although I could have bought cheaper models wanted this and gave me a fast, quiet, well designed kettle at a price I was happy to pay. The website was clear in detail and easy payment. Came via Evri (my Evri delivery man is excellent btw) well wrapped and date as advised...so big thanks

  The example I received did not reach the 230 deg temp, after some discussion, Sensiohome agreed to have it collected , and have promised a full refund,. Decent service from the Company , hopefully only one rogue cooker.
