  USPS screwed up. My gloves were sent out for delivery from Indianapolis USPS FIVE times. {I live in ClevelandOH.} Seller communication was great. When I contacted the seller to ask “Why is it taking so long?” they immediately contacted USPS. My gloves arrived 2 days later. Yay!!! You pretty much cannot find these super warm Smartwool gloves these days. Smartwool no longer manufactures them. Great gloves Great seller Decent price
