  I ordered this item in 4/29 and was supposed to receive it by May 7. I have contacted the seller on three separate occasions and have heard nothing back. My account was charged $23.60 and Old says next to my item is that the cancel failed, but it also said the item was not available or damaged so where is my money? That is what I’m trying to figure out. What should I do?

  Received a different dress than what I ordered... Ordered a long sleeve dress size small and received and short sleeve dress size extra small. Was purchased for a Christmas party, so had to find something else last minute. Dress is too small to wear. Reached out to seller to tell them what happened and received no response.
