  Seller communicated effectively when asked how soon they were going to ship out the item. Item arrived in very good condition. The box was open but only to verify the card showed the one I wanted.   My Stitch Gen Z Street arrived safe and sound! It was packaged nicely, tracking was accurate, and most importantly, it is authentic and real (as someone who bought Stitches from other websites).   Took exactly a month to get to me due to being “a pre-order” (that was not mentioned on the listing), but it finally came and is so cute. I am understanding, I bought the secret. It’s hard to pull… I would just have it listed somewhere that it’s “pre-order” so people are not left in the dark. I am still very happy with my purchase, so please don’t take this as insult, just a soft suggestion. The box was a little beat up from shipping (expected) but the Gojo inside was in perfect condition.

  Well protected and packaged. Minor defect in the box but exceptional quality. Authentic appearance, brand new unopened, great value. Shipping took over 8 days when it showed return label closer than distance mentioned from the listing. Should’ve only taken 2-3 days versus 2 weeks it took.
