  When I received the package, the box was dented and crushed on corners- mailed in just a bubble mailer- not a box. Luckily I wasn’t an avid collector for the box, but otherwise fast shipping, and product was as described.

  Giving this seller a positive rating because they are a good seller. Firstly the product never arrived because the shipping company lost the product. Though the seller was very informative and helpful through the process. While I never got the product I got my money back and the seller did everything they could to try and help. Highly suggest this seller, they are reputable.

  My Stitch Gen Z Street arrived safe and sound! It was packaged nicely, tracking was accurate, and most importantly, it is authentic and real (as someone who bought Stitches from other websites). It's also priced pretty reasonably as well! It looks exactly like the photo. I will be a returning costumer if something catches my eyes. Thanks so much!

  Took exactly a month to get to me due to being “a pre-order” (that was not mentioned on the listing), but it finally came and is so cute. I am understanding, I bought the secret. It’s hard to pull… I would just have it listed somewhere that it’s “pre-order” so people are not left in the dark. I am still very happy with my purchase, so please don’t take this as insult, just a soft suggestion. The box was a little beat up from shipping (expected) but the Gojo inside was in perfect condition.

  Seller communicated effectively when asked how soon they were going to ship out the item. Item arrived in very good condition. The box was open but only to verify the card showed the one I wanted. The bag was sealed so I still got to experience the joy of opening the bag. Stitch is so cute and FLUFFY!! Would definitely purchase from this seller again.
