  It ended up to be an ok transaction. There was no shipping notification, I had to contact the seller after like 10 days to see what the status was. He explained to me he got out of stock on the item and was having it drop-shipped to me direct from the manufacturer. It saw a further delay with that. But the item was as described, the price was great, and the delay wasn’t a deal breaker, it just would have been nice to know when the order was placed. Thanks Seed Ranch!

  This seller has spectacular customer service. I have ordered product but didn't receive it. Seller was able to refund me with no issues. Thank you for not making me go through the whole opening a case process. Very well communicated.

  No me llego porque aduanas de España lo retuvo y cada vez pedían más documentación, hasta que llego el punto en que requerían documentación que ya no tenía manera de obtener y lo retornaron al vendedor. Quitando la mala experiencia de la aduana, tan solo agradecer a Jake el vendedor, y a todo su equipo de Florida todo lo que han hecho para poder obtener la documentación. Igualmente, muy agradecido también a Ebay por su rápida solución al problema. Una pena.

  good product description, unfortunately they us usps, item was lost and took days longer to arrive, seller was contacted, was offered to send a new one out, then days with no communication, I requested a refund do to being lost, again one response and days with no communication, item arrived 9 days late, would not recommend buying from this seller untill they can establish better shipping and better communication

  Excellent seller. We had a snafu in the shipping. But it wasn't sellers fault. They sent another 10 lb. And both showed up on the same day. Offered to return one but no answer. So I guess I'll keep it.
