  This is a legit OTC Owatonna Tool Company puller! It’s well made, stout and was packaged like it came from a USA based tool company in the late seventies. Wrapped in anti corrosion paper and packed tight. I admit, I am hesitant to believe most fairly priced tool sellers that claim brand name tools, that turn out to be lime-a-real tool.   This seller had a couple details wrong on the description, but I understood what I was purchasing. Item was in great condition and appearance. This seller still hasn't corrected the description for the item I purchased. They drop ship their items with an up charge from big chain stores. Regardless, my purchase was still cheaper than going to a brick and mortar store, or buying online after shipping charges. Would still highly recommend.
