  Very quick shipping and lamp extremely well packaged/secured and marked fragile. Great price for the lamp. At no fault of the seller, the lamp arrived damaged (a broken panel) due to handling. Seller worked with me to help with filing an insurance claim (my first experience with this) and was so kind as to send me a spare piece of glass that matched to fix the lamp. Would 100% do business with this seller again.

  Always hesitant to buy fragile items on eBay I took a chance and it worked out perfectly. My crystal goblets were expertly packaged, box was marked up "Glass" "Fragile" on every side! USPS brought it to my door! They arrived quickly and were just as described. Lovely!

  This seller provided me with the perfect antique teardrop glass shade that I needed for the parlor chandelier (which was previously missing one shade). I am very pleased with the description of the shade, the careful packaging, and the timely delivery. Thank you Secret Garden 3. Rarely am I entirely impressed with online sales.
