This time, and on occasion I have had an issue with the product, but the seller is graceful about correcting errors. They do a huge volume and sometimes have sent the wrong book or one of their multiples that does not match the description. With swift communication, the seller always resolves the issue. The shipping speed & packaging is excellent. I will continue buying from this seller!

Seller has multiple locations so items can be shipped from different places, that was fine. The long delay on the 2nd package was not sellers fault - it got stuck at a shipping facility for several days. Seller responded to my ?'s

When needed, communication is quick and helpful. I have never received a book or DVD that wasn't exactly what I ordered, and as described. The prices are excellent, most of the time lower than their competition, and shipping is free. I check to see if they have something I'm interested in first, then sometimes add on another product, and get a 3rd for free in most cases. Always a good seller, thank you very much

I contacted the seller who immediately refunded my money and told me to donate the wrong book, which I did. To one of the little libraries in my town. So that said I cannot rate the book. But the seller gets a 10 from me. The book was shipped fast, well packed. The communication from the seller was very prompt. I will buy from them again. Thank you. Elaine
