  Item arrived broken. Starbucks cup did not have box with it. Listing never said anything like that, listing said Brand New? 🤷🏽‍♂️ also if box was missing seller could have done a better job in wrapping cup to prevent damage or atleast communicated with me about missing box so atleast I'm aware of. Based on some of the other Negative reviews seller has I'm hoping on getting a Full refund.

  The bottle is great, BUT… seller is SO uncommunicative (many emails took days to answer) and the shipping time was a joke. I paid for the bottle on September 25th, but 10 days later it still wasn’t mailed; when I contacted them to let them know. The seller claimed it was dropped off on the 5th, but USPS tracking didn’t receive the item until October 11th. My grandson waited for this item for 19 extra days, with zero explanation, offer of monetary refund, etc. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!
