We have been on eBay since 1999. We started selling a few plastic parts for Hot Wheels that we were making for our own personal hobbies at the request of other restoration hobbies. It has grown from there into a full time business. Ten years ago we start adding decals to our store and that has ended up being the bulk of what we do and focus on now. Hot Wheels have been an integral part of my life since I was a kid in the 70's. We do this because it is something we enjoy and try to provide a quality product with responsive customer service. "We may not always get it right, but we always make it right!"

Anyway I emailed the seller- confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address. The seller immediately sent out a replacement-no questions asked. Great customer service-would do business again. I left all five stars because the seller earned it.
