  After submitting my original feedback, I realized (after discussing with someone else) that the shipping issues were not the fault of the seller, and my feedback made it seem otherwise. The product was well packaged by the seller, they sent it out and tracking showed that it was picked up in a timely manner by the carrier (USPS). When the package stopped moving, I was able to contact the seller, and they promptly reached out to the USPS, reported it and quickly got the package moving .

  Post office made mistake and messed up, opened a case for buyer and issue was resolved. Nothing on our end. Harsh review for something not related to us.

  Good value good shipping, as described, wish it would have came in a box instead of a bag cause my dogs got ahold of it and tore it apart haha, not the sellers fault. Would buy from again
