  We had to cancel this item before receiving it due to certain regulations here at our building. It's an older building and management here would not allow us to install such a modern thermostat.   My thermostat wouldn't connect to wifi, so I purchased this circuit board. Received the item fast and had issues with it. Worked with the seller who gave excellent communication and after him giving me several items to check, turns out I didn't insert the ribbon cable fully. After reinserting, it works just like new. Recommend seller!

  While I ultimately had to return this item (my fault for ordering the wrong type of modem), this seller was VERY responsive to questions and quite helpful. It’s also reassuring to work with a seller who accept returns on this type of equipment, where it is all too easy to buy one that is incompatible with one’s internet service.
