  What a great experience! At the last minute I had to change internet providers so there was no reason for this modem. I thought when I saw "free returns" I assume I would have to pay for shipping. Nope, they sent me a return address prepaid label so all I had to do was drop it off at the post office. Turned the box in at the post office and by the time I got to my car, I got an email saying that my refund had been completed. Darn, what great service!

  I had an issue with the original item received and contacted the seller. The seller was very quick to respond and shipped a replacement out to me right away with no questions asked.   My experience with screentronics has been very positive. The replacement touch screen arrived fast and the item was exactly what I needed and was as depicted in the description and photos. They did an excellent job of packing to protect the fragile glass screen damage. Would definitely shop at their store again.
