Did not come with any charger or sim 'key', may have been my ignorance that 'open box' only meant the box was open but all contents included: it was only the phone. Make sure you verify what is included in 'open box', I'm not deducting points because I didn't do my due diligence.

Meanwhile seller sent me a cheesy decoy gift and assigned tracking for it to the real item. It was not the phone advertised. This iis an unlocked phone but is NOT FACTORY UNLOCKED! It was supposed to be "open box" condition but I believe it was reconditioned instead of true open box. Had to get ebay involved. Phone was not unlocked. Verizon told me phone was either stolen or internally damaged. Either way they should have caught it before they shipped it out.
