  I was thrilled to find this on eBay to avoid purchasing on Amazon, and was so excited that I accidentally sent to an old address. Joann responded to my message immediately and was extremely helpful and communicative about how to remedy the situation. I reordered with the correct address and they shipped almost immediately.
