  Very good company and good prices. I ordered the condenser and it was cracked in transit or something and then I told them and after I had showed them the problem they sent out a replacement that was packed Very well I am not saying it was not packed well the first time because it was someone wasn't doing their job well or something but I just received the replacement and it was perfect thanks I'll be buying from these guys again 👍

  Dishes are great. There was however 1 dish missing. Notified them of this and suggested they improve their checking methods. They were well packed with no breakages and delivery was prompt . Despite only receiving 9 instead of 10 I would definitely use this seller again.

  Did require multiple attempts to deliver as each time it came broken, This was due to the seller using aramex / fastway Other than that pretty good quality for the price And the seller had amazing communication and understanding, Dont wait this seller has some of the best priced science equipment in australia

Had an issue with damage product on arrival, of absolutely no fault of theirs and the instantly had a new unit in the mail to me despite how expensive it was. Will continue to come back for anything i need! A+++
