    There was shipment damage. The seller tried to help by giving me new parts. That didn’t work. The seller took the product back and refunded the money. They sent pictures showing the extensive shipping damage. They offered a discount on a future purchase. Good response to an issue. Good eBayer!

The computer is excellent, booted up immediately, I installed updates as the seller instructed.
