  This item and the others in the group were secured for a sizeable diorama I'm attempting of a WWII 8th USAAF bomber station in the UK. All products selected have been well-packaged, promptly sent and safely delivered. All products are as advertised and a welcome addition to this effort. This vendor and the others I've accessed in this project are all first-timers for me, but I would use or recommend any or all in future. Thanks!!

  I like this sellers products. Good quality and as described. I know it takes time to make custom items. So I understand if shipping delays can occur or if other seller issues arise. But when a USPS label is printed for high quality photo paper sheets after paying fast and the item is running late almost 2.5 weeks, all I ask is for a message reply. And after the second message warning about item not received, the item was sent but again no seller response. That is why a 1 star for shipping. Odd

I am very pleased with the item and the ease with which the transaction was handled and completed. Great value!   I purchased various items from this seller to the total of $164. 1 of these items, a $15 value, was shipped to me in the wrong color 2 times. I messaged the seller 2 times with no response. I provided clear pics of the wrong color and told the seller how I already started the project using this color. When I tried to buy it again the seller would not accept my order. I am an eBay buyer for +23 years with 100% positive reviews: 1 given by this seller. This is my first bad review of a seller.

  This buyer was a frequent returner. While we welcome returns when buyers are not satisfied, the return patterns of this buyer rose to abuse of the policy. In reality they've returned about a third of their overall purchases over multiple orders. By comparison, our overall return rate is about 2%.

  A return ratio is no excuse. The seller shipped the wrong item twice and shipped another item that has the wrong specs. The pics I provided are clear documentation; the seller is just pushing product out the door.

  Quick shipping and excellent packaging. All sheets well printed and better looking in hand than as pictured. I believe these will prove and excellent addition to my terrain sets. I have made multiple purchases with this vendor, and have no hesitations to do so again.
