  Shipping was very quick. Althought the item was tested by seller and in working order when shipped, it did not work when it arrived. The box and the ice maker both appeared to be in good condition on arrival. Due to the fact it was a counter top ice maker, I have to assume the shippers improperly handled it. Through it all the seller was quick and professional in his response and ultimately issued a full refund.

  This is a wonderful item, German engineering, as they say. It arrived very well wrapped and in original box - brand new, and it looks it. Seller shipped right away, but the US Post Office took forever - not the seller’s fault so I gave 5 stars. I would definitely buy from him again. Oh, and this might help buyers. In the reviews of this item on Amazon many people mentioned the item was smaller than they thought, so I was prepared. But it’s true that the item is a good inch smaller than expected.
