It was shipped in a substantial cardboard box with the plane body and iron, cap iron and lever cap packed separately. The plane body and iron assembly were wrapped inside simple USPS bubble wrap mailers without additional filler material in the carton. All components did arrive in excellent condition. I would certainly consider purchasing from this seller again.
