  I ordered 3 packages of wg 3.0 nanocare wax guards. I received 1 package of the wg 3.0 guards and 2 packages of the mini wax guards. I reported the issue to the seller explained I had used 2 of the wg 3.o wax guards and requested 2/3 reimbursement for the incorrect wax guards. I sent the seller pictures of the two incorrect items per their request. the seller states their inventory shows they shipped the correct wax guards and refuse to take the product back or reimburse me
