  The mermaid couple was shipped quickly, packed very well. I was especially pleased that the seller was willing to reduce the shipping cost. The item was just as it was described. Actually better. The figures were a little bigger than I thought. Which is good. Since they were a gift I was very pleased. So was the recipient. She was much more pleased with these than one she bought previously.   The seller made this purchase so easy. Great customer service. I had a few questions and they were very quick to respond. They packed and shipped them right away. I received them quickly. They arrived in perfect condition and are exactly as pictured, beautiful! I purchased 15 French brass horns and they were all excellent quality.
