I sent pictures to the seller of the broken portion after I had already wiped it with soapy water and Scotch Brite, and the seller called me a liar and said that I sent him a picture of a part from a different seller, that I had painted the part, and that I had altered the part. I send pictures to prove him wrong and ask for a partial refund. Or in simple terms altered. ALSO all shiny surfaces. The buyer was asking for a refund. Not even return. So that looked like clear blackmail for money.
