  Great price and easy to communicate with. The only problem was that this had nothing to do with the seller, but my company's mail room lost/misplaced the package. The seller was very helpful, and this was not their fault. I should have shipped it to my home. Hope to do business again.

  The vacuum is wonderful....just what I was looking for to replace a broken Dyson. Your description was accurate and honest. The unit works well and will have years of good service, I believe. Regarding the packaging effort to send it here, I must say....truly incredible job of securing the vacuum in a box. It was done so well, the package could have rolled off a speeding train without any damage to the contents. Kudos. And many thanks. You are a very good seller.
