  Item was shipped within 24 hrs of the order placed and on it's way. Item arrived much faster than anticipated, packaged tightly and unobtrusively. Prices were very fair and in the exact condition as stated. Legitimate source and not the civilian knock offs you see everywhere. Arrived undamaged and it perfect order. Great seller would definitely buy from again!

  Seller is very responsive and reasonable. The item was received in a cardboard box with a rip, and the contents were damaged as a result. Contacted the seller and was able to get a refund. I would definitely buy from this seller again and recommend them without hesitation.

  The item was as described, although it was not packaged well. It’s obvious the shipper taped the box several times in route. The box arrived with a sizable hole and the sellers response was you got a mattress for half price. The seller was difficult to deal with, and did not honor his initial price offering.

  why dont you tell people the truth?? after you got it delivered you said the box was "LITERALLY DESTROYED". I showed you the picture that UPS took and there was no damage. There was no damage to the box, just so that you can get a partial refund. Nothing was wrong with the mattress. Obviously I'm going to put a lot of tape on, its not going to make a trip on one piece of tape.
