  I was nervous buying a cell phone used, but the seller was quick to respond to questions and I placed the order. Item came in great condition, but I ordered wrong phone. She sent me a Return label immediately and I shipped back. No problems whatsoever. So I am now going to purchase the correct phone from this seller. She was reliable and very easy to communicate with.

  The phone was shipped and delivered quickly. The seller was communicative and prompt. Device arrived with a flawless screen and mostly flawless body. Just some minor discoloration where a previous case must have left the body exposed to the elements. Overall good value for the price. Would buy again from this seller.

  great seller, and fast shipping, however, the condition of the item wasn't 100% as described. it says it's in mint condition, but the screen was full of scratches. thankfully, i needed this for another purpose, but for someone buying to use as their personal phone, i would reach out before hand and confirm the condition of the one you'll receive. taking the description at face value of "used", it's certainly used, for sure. ultiimately, i WOULD buy again. great seller, nonetheless.

  Everything went off without a hitch. My only crtiscism would be that I sent a message to the seller regarding MY failure in choosing the right product and wanting to see if they had what I was looking for but never heard back so they're being returned, also, without a hitch. So my business goes somewhere else. Other than that, communcication was great and the product was as described with no issues.
