  One of my best Ebay purchasing experiences. Despite there being some issues with the courier, Debranne was very communicative and supportive which helped resolve the delivery hiccups.   This seller has been beyond wonderful, we experienced shipping issues that were 100% not her fault and she went above and beyond to rectify the situation. When everything goes right, it is easy to please. When the post office messes up, it is much more time consuming and difficult to remedy the situation.
