  Great seller. I missed filling out the buy two get one free deal because one of the movies sold and became unavailable by the time I placed my order. The seller reached out to me and made sure I took advantage of the offer of getting a free dvd. They went over and beyond making sure my purchase was satisfactory. So very nice to deal with a company that is so very conscientious. I have already made and received a second order. DVDs were in excellent condition and arrived promptly.

  The heavy alabaster cat statue was damaged during shipping and one ear was crushed into something that resembled grains of sand, not recognizable pieces. The seller promptly refunded entire transaction, sadly not the final results I would have preferred since this was intended as a gift, but seller’s response was exceptional and much appreciated. Highly recommend this seller.
